Key Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of experience with Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 18 years of experience with Master's degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with PhD
  • Current DoD Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with 5+ proposal solicitations
  • IRAD planning/execution experience
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance, integration, modernization
