Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 5 years of Electrical/Electronics Application or Test Engineering experience
  • Root cause analysis skills for quality issues
  • Knowledge of TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and PCBA
  • Experience with EOL testing equipment maintenance

Nice-to-have

  • Technical knowledge of automotive electronics
  • Experience with Electric Vehicle components like Inverter and Motor
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
  • Programming language skills in C or Visual Basic
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Self-driven with initiative to tackle complex tasks
