Must-have
Propulsion Engineering System Integration
Aircraft Configuration Management
Project Management and Stakeholder Management
Experience with PDM/VPM and CAD tools
Change Management within Propulsion Engineering
Nice-to-have
Design experience in Pylons and Nacelles
Knowledge of Aircraft development process
Ability to influence without authority
Experience working with Engine Manufacturers
Subcontracting and extended team management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in Propulsion or Airframe Engineering
Experience in Configuration Management
Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing priorities
