6+ years senior leadership or growth role experience
Extensive infrastructure or professional services experience
Proven success in winning/delivering complex programs
20+ years progressive Canadian infrastructure experience preferred
Experience with Canadian procurement vehicles (P3, IPD)
Ability to manage multi-million dollar business development budgets
