Responsibilities include supervising, planning, reviewing and evaluating the work of subordinates, administering the work order system, and requisitioning and purchasing material and supplies.
The role requires the ability to train, direct and supervise subordinates, establish and maintain effective working relationships, and direct journey level work in a variety of trades.
