Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment to provide competent technical support and training.
Fosters good working relationships with Production, Engineering and Facilities Departments to ensure equipment is maintained, repaired and sustained for validated production of medical products.
Trains all staff in structured problem-solving methods to be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems.
