Base: $91,000 - $136,240 USD annually; Variable: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included

Must-have
4+ years supervisory leadership experience
Small Business and Consumer lending expertise
Proven business development strategy skills
Deep knowledge of banking operations and risk
Active NMLS registration status required
Nice-to-have
Notary License preferred
Community involvement and brand ambassadorship
Strong financial analysis capabilities
Experience with Denovo store environments
Ability to mentor developing store managers
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
4+ years related experience in retail or financial services
Must be eligible for NMLS mortgage loan originator registration
Satisfactory criminal background and credit report checks
Small Business and Consumer lending experience required
