Job Summary
Howden is embarking on an exciting global digital transformation which is a key strategic enabler of the 30:30 vision for Howden Re.
The role will primarily be supporting the delivery of change management scope including change planning, stakeholder management, impact assessment, communications, training, and adoption reporting.
This role is initially a 6 month FTC, based out of their Central London office with a hybrid work pattern, and may require some travel.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a similar change management role
Extensive experience delivering change for complex global programmes
Change management certification desirable
Experience working in Reinsurance and/or Insurance beneficial
