Job Summary

  • The Financial Reporting Manager supports First American’s Corporate Accounting team by leading accounting for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex technical accounting matters.
  • This role is responsible for technical accounting analysis, purchase accounting, carve out and asset sale accounting, consolidation assessments, and financial reporting research in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA designation required
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
