The manager will lead the design and implementation of information management structures to ensure timely, evidence-based decisions by executive leadership.
Candidates must be comfortable working in insecure or natural disaster-prone contexts with work hours often exceeding 12 hours per day.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 3 years relief and development experience
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
Experience managing web-based applications and databases
Strong knowledge of MS Teams and Office software packages
Ability to work under pressure in insecure disaster contexts
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of geographic (GIS) data
HEAT Training certification
Familiarity with UN systems and approaches
Experience with statistical software like SPSS or SAS
Fluency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analysis, Statistics, or Social Sciences
Minimum 3 years experience in relief and development work
Proficient written and verbal communication in English
