Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering or technical field
  • 12+ years of EH&S experience
  • Experience in building, leading, supervising EH&S programs
  • Knowledge of National EH&S regulations
  • Classroom and virtual training skills
  • Experience in identifying, evaluating, controlling EH&S hazards
  • Strong written and oral English & Dutch communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
  • 7+ years of leading teams or direct people management
  • Certifications such as Professional Engineer, ASP, CSP or CIH
