The SVP, Head of Cultural Transformation, Learning & Talent Development will lead the design and execution of strategies to build a high-performance and customer-centric, and digitally agile organization.
This senior leadership role will drive bank-wide cultural transformation, accelerate AI / Digital capabilities across all levels, strengthen talent pipelines, and position the Bank as a top employer of choice in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities include developing and executing bank-wide cultural transformation programmes, leading the Learning and Talent Development function, partnering with senior leadership on succession planning, and shaping a compelling Employee Value Proposition.
