Base: $200,000 - $265,000 annually; Bonus: Eligible for Annual Bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance; Benefits: Pension Plan, 401k Match, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance

Must-have
12+ years experience in private credit
Portfolio management across diverse strategies
Experience with direct lending and structured finance
Familiarity with US and Bermuda capital regimes
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
