Job Summary
Provide dual-track technical development discipline for Robotics Application within GSC Electronics R&D, combining deep technical expertise with hands-on R&D project management capabilities.
Lead or support Stage-Gate process execution, drive cross-functional project execution across mechanical, controls, software, and quality teams, and establish and optimize R&D workflows.
Travel to customer sites as required to lead pilot-project rollout, technical training, and product-level support, and partner with portfolio and commercial teams to translate customer requirements.
