  • Provide medical services, within the scope of a physician license, in areas such as, but not limited to, emergent, urgent and/or chronic conditions for employees, designated dependents and others.

Key Requirements

  • Active/capability to obtain Washington Physician and Surgeon License
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 3+ years of experience practicing as a physician
  • 1+ years of experience in Occupational Health
  • Board certified in Occupational Health
  • DOT Medical Examiner Certificate
  • Washington L&I provider
