Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care while ensuring they remain clean, dry, and comfortable at all times.
  • Employees must accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, or changes in resident condition promptly.
