Job Summary
You will be involved in the review of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and frameworks to attract, motivate and retain talents.
Develop and implement C&B policies and programs, that are aligned with employer branding and talent strategies.
Partner key internal stakeholders, such as HR Business Partner, HR Systems & Data, to effectively implement C&B programs and policies and ensure operational processes are in alignment with the policies.
