Must-have
4G/5G/O-RAN network security expertise
EU 5G Toolbox and NIST framework knowledge
3GPP and ORAN standard critique experience
Telco cloud and virtualized environment security
ISO 27001 compliance and risk assessment
Nice-to-have
Experience with TRAI and NCSC regulators
GDPR and NDPA Act 2023 familiarity
CISSP or CISM certification preferred
US or EMEA client engagement experience
Capacity building and training delivery skills
Key Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in telecom security
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, InfoSec, or Telecom
Hands-on network security experience focused on telecom protocols
