12 years relevant experience with cooling/hydraulic systems
Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret)

Experience with military cooling design specifications
Proficiency in CREO/Pro-E 3D modeling software
Nice-to-have
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with minimal supervision
Knowledge of RTX defense industry projects
Ability to lead program teams across multiple contracts
Customer interaction and training experience
Key Requirements
