Job Summary
As a Claim Analyst III, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of third-party EPL/Professional Liability/D&O claims from inception through conclusion brought against insureds.
The aim is deal with genuine claims through a proactive, best practice approach, in line with AIGs quality standards – you will actively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in claims handling.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Multi-state adjuster licenses preferred
JD preferred
Strong knowledge of legal / regulatory
Specialist knowledge of EPL technical claims
Experience in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration
