Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA/PhD preferred
  • 12-14+ years of experience in commercial forecasting within biotech/pharma
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience building COE-style teams
  • Strong command of forecasting methods and planning systems
  • Demonstrated success partnering across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain
