Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment.
The role requires a licensed LPN/LVN with a current, unencumbered license and CPR certification, with knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
