Job Summary

  • In this role, you will be responsible for writing and editing clinically sound care plans and clinician documentation content for the electronic health record used by nurses and allied healthcare clinicians providing care to patients in the acute care inpatient pediatric setting.
  • You will leverage your background in acute care inpatient pediatric nursing to create and refine workflows within EHR systems, ensuring content is both clinically accurate and technically implementable.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HIT vendor representatives and customers to ensure care plans are relevant, up-to-date, and integrated into clinical workflows.

Key Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 5-10+ years professional nursing experience
  • 3-5 years acute care inpatient pediatric nursing
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
  • Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred
  • Experience with hospital accreditation standards
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
