Base: $30.70 - $46.05 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Premium pay for shift and on-call availability; Benefits: Paid Time Off, health/welfare benefits, retirement match

Key Requirements
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by NBRC
Current state license as Respiratory Care Practitioner
Basic Life Support certification via American Heart Association
Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
2 years critical care experience for Free-Standing ED roles
