Base: $129,000 - $193,400 USD (Chicago); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission; Benefits: Annual refresh stock grants and comprehensive benefits package

Must-have
2+ years project management with HCM or Payroll
4+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
Expertise in Workday Deployment Methodology
Experience managing mid to large enterprise implementations
Solid grasp of HR, Benefits, Payroll, or General Ledger
Nice-to-have
Consulting experience as internal consultant or software company
Previous service sales experience
Business development skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
