Job Summary

  • The IRP-Allied Health team member with the working title of physical therapist (PT) reports to the director of rehabilitation services.
  • Upon referral, the physical therapist will assess patients and establish together with the patient and other team members plans of care; provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of the discipline; provide education and support to patients/families; and facilitate continuing care planning.
  • The physical therapist embraces the Intensive Caring values (caring, respect, excellence, service, and teamwork) and uses them to guide interactions with others.
