Job Summary
The IRP-Allied Health team member with the working title of physical therapist (PT) reports to the director of rehabilitation services.
Upon referral, the physical therapist will assess patients and establish together with the patient and other team members plans of care; provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of the discipline; provide education and support to patients/families; and facilitate continuing care planning.
The physical therapist embraces the Intensive Caring values (caring, respect, excellence, service, and teamwork) and uses them to guide interactions with others.
