Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • 12+ years manufacturing experience
  • 10+ years reliability leadership role
  • 5 years minimum handling medium-sized teams
  • Proficiency in Weibull Analysis, FMEA, Minitab/JMP, DOE
  • Experience with IEC/UL PV module testing
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Science
