Salary

Base: $29.78 per hour/$60,000 annually - $39.21 per hour/$79,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for active Texas All-Lines Adjuster License (4-20), potential base salary increase of 10-15% within first year; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare and well-being support on Day 1, 401(k) match up to 6%
