Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree plus one year experience
Professional mentoring or training experience
Extensive travel within the state required
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Social Work preferred
Experience with child maltreatment assessments
Curriculum development and training delivery skills
Experience presenting to large groups
Knowledge of Arkansas Child Welfare System
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
One year professional experience with children and families
Mandatory background checks including criminal and sex offender registry
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
