** Remote is seeking a Global Payroll & HCM Onboarding Consultant to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex payroll and HCM implementations for enterprise clients. This fully remote position requires expertise in project management, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. **

Job Summary

  • You will own the end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level Global Payroll & HCM Implementations, ensuring structured, predictable implementation journeys for our most complex, multi-country customers.
  • You will partner with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery, leveraging deep knowledge of Remote’s Global Payroll & HCM product.
  • You will be the key driver of the successful implementation and exceptional client experience, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications proactively.

Key Requirements

  • Project management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Deep knowledge & experience with Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
  • Expertise in formal project management methodologies
  • Proven track record managing multi-country, multi-product implementations
  • Experience managing complex implementations involving multiple products
  • Excellent scope management and change control capabilities
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and clear ownership
  • Experience with enterprise customer expectations and governance models
  • Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, international work environment
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
