Base: $28.55 - $42.85 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Premium pay for shift and on-call; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, retirement match

Key Requirements
Graduate of surgical technologist program OR 2 years scrub experience
CPR certification required
Obtain Certified Surgical Technologist exam within 3 months
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and call rotation
