Job Summary

• To supervise Direct Care staff in order to ensure good basic developmental care services for service users by coordinating all developmental care services.
• In this entry level role, the Direct Support Caregiver is responsible for helping to implement services and supports that will assist your client achieve personal goals and desired outcomes as identified through an Individual Support Plan.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Associate Degree in health related area
• two years’ experience in health related field
• Valid drivers’ license and automotive insurance
• ability to lift 70 lbs
• ability to pull 50 lbs
• Provide CPR after certification
• pass background check and drug screen
