Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing end-to-end customer service delivery and acting as the voice of the customer internally to ensure operational excellence.
  • Candidates will coordinate with internal stakeholders across Fleet Planning, MRO, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • The position requires embedding and executing the Customer Operations Production System through structured governance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
