Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end customer service delivery and acting as the voice of the customer internally to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates will coordinate with internal stakeholders across Fleet Planning, MRO, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
The position requires embedding and executing the Customer Operations Production System through structured governance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
