Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure or establish controls for products and processes related to various technical functions meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, and classroom instruction, and may train personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.
Continually seeks to drive improvements in product and process quality and identifies and escalates quality non-conformances to assist in achieving company quality objectives and key business metrics.
