Job Summary
This role will partner with and support the Market Business Unit Finance (BUF) in end-to-end financial planning, reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities include providing proactive business partnering to the local organization, delivering variance and scenario analysis, contributing to ongoing and ad-hoc projects, and driving improvements in financial processes and decision support.
Proactively maintain and improve internal control environments to meet J&J internal, SOX, and external statutory compliance governance.
