Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Principal Product Managers to own the delivery of AI-powered agents within Workday, either building customer-facing agents or infrastructure and frameworks for application teams.
You will be responsible for working at high velocity to experiment, innovate, develop, iterate and scale AI agents, collaborating closely with domain-specific Product Managers to maximize the impact of our technology.
This role requires a unique combination of execution speed, inspiration and a deep curiosity about emerging AI techniques, playing a key role in shaping our approach to AI agents.

Salary
Base: $162,800 CAD - $244,200 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
