• 6 months – 1-year related experience or training
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions
• Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates
• Experienced in calculating feeds and speeds
• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course
• Must be in current position for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible to apply for other internal positions
