  • Experience with UK National Grid or SSEN projects

Nice-to-have

  • National Grid accreditation such as BP141 or CDAE
  • Commissioning engineer experience
  • HVDC, OHL, or HV Cable design experience
  • Membership in IET working towards Chartered status
  • Experience with CIGRE, IEC, IEEE technical committees

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 7 to 15 years relevant experience in HV/EHV substation design
  • Member of IET working towards Chartered Engineer accreditation
