Must-have

  • PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency required
  • BS degree in Pharmacy required
  • MD or MD equivalent licensure
  • Acute care hospital experience preferred
  • Antimicrobial stewardship participation

Nice-to-have

  • Board certification preferred
  • Preceptor for students and residents
  • Experience with ICU and other units
  • Mentorship of staff pharmacists
  • Performance improvement activities

Key Requirements

  • BS degree in Pharmacy required
  • ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency required
  • Current/eligible for licensure in the state of Maryland
  • 3 years of acute care hospital experience if no residency
  • Preferred Board certification
