  • Coordinate planning and billing of all service work, develop productivity tools for Field Engineers, and confirm job closure requirements to secure revenue.
  • Lead all onboarding and new associate training for new Field Engineers, develop and implement efficient administrative processes, and streamline workflows to enhance productivity.
