Job Summary
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Accountancy market, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across core part-qualified and non-qualified accounting roles, spanning junior through to senior level positions.
You will manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, including building strong business relationships through strategic B2B development, sourcing talent, managing vacancies, matching and prepping candidates for interviews, negotiating offers and closing placements.
