Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Dealership Accounting Office Manager/Controller for their New Port Richey Hyundai location. Job Summary

  • Maintain dealership financial records, ensure accurate month-end closings, and review general ledger schedules.
  • Partner with dealership leadership (especially the GM), manage a team of 2–10 staff, and support hiring, training, and performance management.
  • The full salary range for this position is $55,000 - $115,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $110,000.
