Job Summary

  • Ensures compliant, accurate, and timely completion of preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance and project support of clinical manufacturing, R&D lab operations, utilities and facilities equipment.
  • Maintains all calibration standards and investigates, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment, VFDs, instruments and instrumentation systems.
  • Supports project teams as the asset owner of the maintenance systems, including development of the SAP Master Data and Storeroom program.

Key Requirements

  • At least 10 years hands-on multi-craft maintenance technician experience in at least 3 of these: mechanical, instrumentation, electrical and robotics
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or lab equipment and systems
  • Solid experience in GxPs, FDA regulations, SAP
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, SOP’s
  • Working knowledge of PLC control systems and HMIs
