Job Summary

• The Project Coordinator will collaborate and coordinate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and Vendors, assist with managing project budgets using ERP tools like NetSuite, and manage close-out administration for projects globally.
• Responsibilities include preparing and distributing regular reports, collecting and consolidating user responses, tracking PM and Project Milestone completion, and issuing Project cost updates based on file inputs.
