  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
  • The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity.
