Job Summary
Responds and interacts to customer service enquiries related to operations, maintenance, and/or repairs and/or assesses performance of water and wastewater systems and appurtenances.
Acts as the first response to spills and clean ups, assessing and prioritizing the level of response required.
Must be physically capable of performing required duties and able to work in all weather conditions.
