Job Summary

• The Physical Availability Manager is responsible for improving and sustaining fleet performance at site level across assigned operations in Africa by coordinating with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• The role requires acting as a central point of coordination to align stakeholders around availability targets, lead recovery and sustainability plans, and ensure measurable uptime improvements.
• This position is home-based in Abidjan or Malaga, requires onsite presence five days a week, and involves working with regional and global stakeholders to support aftermarket growth and capability uplift.
