This role involves supervising the finance unit and assisting on strategic and tactical matters related to SEC reporting, month-end close, accounting treatment of transactions, SOX compliance, and financial analyses.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
10-12 years of relevant work experience
GM Consolidation experience
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Experience with accounting processes including consolidation, SEC reporting
Working knowledge on SAP, Global Ledger, and GCARS
5+ Years Accounting Leadership Experience
CPA (certified public accountant), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
