Job Summary
Retail excellence is at the heart of achieving the ambition of Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) in SEAA and Singapore.
This role will support in building the strategy and culture of learning for WFJ in close partnership with the Global WFJ L&E team, SEAA WFJ Regional functional teams, SEAA Fashion and HR Retail Learning team, and SEAA markets.
The role focuses on building WFJ retail foundation and fundamental capability building roadmap, establishing WFJ learning curriculums, and supporting the implementation of eLearning with LMS.
