  • This role provides analytical workforce insights and executes schedule reconciliation controls in line with COO governance standards.
  • You will design, maintain and continuously improve workforce models, ensuring data accuracy across planning and HR systems.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure workforce data integrity, pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
